Our mobile notary services allow you to complete eligible notarizations at your home, workplace, or another mutually agreed-upon location. Review our pricing below before requesting your appointment.
Base Notary Fees
Standard Notarization: $10.
Additional Notarizations During the Same Appointment: $5 each paid at time of appointment.
Travel Fees
0–10 miles: $15.
11–20 miles: $25.
21–30 miles: $35.
31+ miles: Contact us for a custom quote.
Travel fees are based on the one-way distance from our designated business starting location to your appointment location.
Appointment Fees
Standard Business Hours: No additional appointment fee.
Evening Appointments: $15 additional fee, subject to applicable rules.
Weekend Appointments: $20 additional fee, subject to applicable rules.

Do not sign documents in advance if the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence.

What Is Included?
Our standard loan signing appointments include:
Mobile travel up to 50 miles.
Up to 2 hours of appointment time.

Additional Appointment Fees
Standard business hours: No additional fee.
Evening appointments: $20 additional.
Weekend appointments: $25 additional.
Extended appointments: $50 per additional hour after the 2 hours included with the standard appointment.
Additional time may be billed in 30-minute increments at $25 per half hour.
Standard printing and document preparation: Included when requested and agreed upon in advance.
Multiple signers: Included when part of the original signing package and disclosed in advance.
Payment Policy
A $100 deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment. The remaining balance of the agreed-upon appointment price, including any applicable additional fees, is due at the time of the appointment.
The remaining balance must be paid before any notarizations are performed. Your total appointment price and payment expectations will be provided and agreed upon before your appointment is confirmed.

Bourbon Country Notary LLC offers convenient, professional virtual notary services for eligible documents through scheduled Zoom video appointments. Clients can complete the signing process from their home, workplace, or another convenient location without traveling to meet a notary.
During your appointment, our notary will verify your identity, witness the required signing process, and coordinate the secure submission and return of your notarized documents in accordance with Kentucky law. Each standard appointment includes 15 minutes of service time. Review our pricing below before requesting your appointment.

Virtual Notary Appointment (15 Minutes): $25.
Additional Notarizations: $5 each.

How Virtual Notarization Works
Schedule Your Appointment: Submit your appointment request and receive confirmation with your Zoom meeting details.
Verify Your Identity: Join your scheduled Zoom appointment and complete the required identity verification process.
Sign Your Documents: Sign your eligible paper documents during the live video conference as instructed by the notary.
Submit Your Documents: Scan and securely send your signed documents to Bourbon Country Notary LLC.
Receive Your Notarized Documents: Once the legally required procedures are completed, your notarized documents will be scanned and securely returned to you.
