Standard Loan Signing Fees:

• Residential Purchase Signing: $125

• Mortgage Refinance Signing: $100

• Seller Document Signing: $100

• Buyer Document Signing: $125

• Home Equity Loan / HELOC Signing: $100

• Loan Modification Signing: $100

• Reverse Mortgage Signing: $150

• General Loan Document Signing: Starting at $100

Travel Fees:

• 0–50 miles: Included in appointment price.

• 51–75 miles: $25 additional.

• 76–100 miles: $50 additional.

• 101+ miles: Custom quote.

Travel is calculated based on the one-way distance to the appointment location.

What Is Included?

Our standard loan signing appointments include:

• Mobile travel up to 50 miles.

• Up to 2 hours of appointment time.

• Professional loan signing appointment coordination.

• Review of documents for completeness and required signatures.

• Proper notarization of eligible documents.

• Attention to lender and title company signing instructions.

• Return of completed documents according to agreed-upon instructions.

Additional Appointment Fees

• Standard business hours: No additional fee.

• Evening appointments: $20 additional.

• Weekend appointments: $25 additional.

• Extended appointments: $50 per additional hour after the 2 hours included with the standard appointment.

• Additional time may be billed in 30-minute increments at $25 per half hour.

• Standard printing and document preparation: Included when requested and agreed upon in advance.

• Multiple signers: Included when part of the original signing package and disclosed in advance.

Payment Policy

A $100 deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment. The remaining balance of the agreed-upon appointment price, including any applicable additional fees, is due at the time of the appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid before any notarizations are performed. Your total appointment price and payment expectations will be provided and agreed upon before your appointment is confirmed.

Before Your Appointment

• Review your appointment instructions before the signing.

• Allow sufficient time for the complete signing appointment.

• Have any documents provided by your lender or title company available.

• Contact us ahead of time if you have questions about scheduling or accessibility needs.
