Bourbon Country Notary LLC offers specialty mobile notary and document support services for clients who need additional flexibility, specialized appointment coordination, or assistance outside a standard notary appointment. Whether you require a time-sensitive notarization, an appointment at a correctional facility, independent witness coordination, or document pickup and delivery, we work to provide professional and dependable service tailored to your circumstances.
Specialty appointments may require additional scheduling, travel, facility approval, or coordination. Review our available services and pricing below before requesting your appointment.
Base Service Fees
Specialty services are priced based on the nature of the request, appointment duration, travel distance, and coordination requirements. An initial fee of $10 is required to book. Following booking, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss services needed and pricing.
Travel Fees
0–10 miles: $15.
11–20 miles: $25.
21–30 miles: $35.
31+ miles: Contact us for a custom quote.
Travel fees are based on the one-way distance from our designated business starting location to your appointment location.
Appointment Fees
Standard Business Hours: No additional appointment fee.
Evening Appointments: $15 additional fee, subject to applicable rules.
Weekend Appointments: $20 additional fee, subject to applicable rules.
Same-Day Rush Scheduling: $35–$50, when available and agreed upon in advance.
Holiday Appointments: Custom quote.

Not all specialty services require a notarization. Administrative, courier, and witness coordination services are separately identified and priced.
Correctional Facility Appointments
Correctional facility notarizations require advance coordination and approval from the facility. Access, identification procedures, document restrictions, visiting hours, and security requirements vary by location.
Clients requesting a correctional facility appointment should provide the facility name, general appointment requirements, and appropriate facility contact information. Please do not submit sensitive inmate identification information through an unsecured booking form.
Appointments are subject to facility approval and may need to be rescheduled or declined if access cannot be arranged.
Witness Coordination
When documents require independent witnesses, Bourbon Country Notary LLC may assist with coordinating eligible witnesses upon request.
Witnesses are not automatically included in standard appointments. Clients are responsible for confirming the number of witnesses and any applicable eligibility requirements with the document preparer or an attorney.
Witness coordination does not include legal advice or a guarantee that the document has been legally executed.
Document Courier, Pickup & Delivery
Our document courier services provide convenient pickup, transportation, and delivery of eligible documents between approved locations.
These services may be arranged independently or in connection with a notary or loan signing appointment.
Courier services do not include legal document preparation, legal filing, or guaranteed delivery times unless separately agreed upon.

Provide a detailed description of the requested specialty service.
Have all documents prepared and ready when applicable.
Ensure required signers have acceptable identification.
Confirm that all necessary signers and witnesses will be available.
Provide complete appointment location information.
Notify us of facility restrictions, access requirements, or special scheduling needs.
