Our mobile services allow you to have eligible automotive documents notarized at your home, workplace, dealership, or another mutually agreed-upon location. Review our pricing below before requesting your appointment.
Vehicle Title Notarization: $10.
Additional Notarizations During the Same Appointment: $5 each paid at time of appointment.
0–10 miles: $15.
11–20 miles: $25.
21–30 miles: $35.
31+ miles: Contact us for a custom quote.
Travel fees are based on the one-way distance from our designated business starting location to your appointment location.
Standard Business Hours: No additional appointment fee.
Evening Appointments: $15 additional fee, subject to applicable rules.
Weekend Appointments: $20 additional fee, subject to applicable rules.

Certain title transactions require specific signatures, supporting documents, or procedures established by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet or applicable county clerk's office.
Appointments involving multiple titles, vehicles, or signers may require additional notarizations and coordination.
Have the original vehicle title or applicable automotive document available.
Bring a valid form of identification acceptable under Kentucky law.
Confirm that all required parties will be present for the applicable notarization.
Do not sign documents in advance if the required notarial act must be completed in the notary's presence.
Review the title for missing information, errors, or existing alterations.
Have any required vehicle information available, including the vehicle identification number (VIN), when applicable.
